Nicola is an Account Manager at AttractHQ . After having completed her Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing and E-Commerce at Victoria University, she went on to work freelance in digital marketing, helping small businesses in all aspects of marketing strategy.

Nicola provides fresh insight into the graduate and youth employment market. With an interest in digital technology, marketing research and relationship management, her day to day responsibilities revolve around keeping up to date with the youth market in NZ to better advise employers on the best way to attract and engage youth. Nicola is also the Editor of leading secondary school careers publication NxtStep Magazine and strives to publish a variety of unique roles and career pathways for young school leavers.

Anna joined AttractHQ in March 2018 as an Account Manager. With a degree in English Literature and Language Teaching, she pursued a career in Teaching, as well as gained a few years of experience as a Public Relations Consultant and a Program Coordinator.

Anna is keen to help Kiwi students in the first steps of their career, and to build meaningful relationships with employers in order to help them succeed in the youth employment market.

Rob Milne

Co-Founder, Director

Rob started his career at KPMG as an audit graduate in 2007 after having obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (Accounting and Finance) and a Bachelor of Science (Operations Research) from Victoria University. Outside of business Rob sits on the Board of Directors for AIESEC Auckland and is a First Foundation mentor.

Rob, along with his business partner, Tim Watts, began creating digital tools for the youth space in 2009, and have never looked back. Rob is the overseer of the team, keeping everyone working harmoniously and taking lead on our strategic projects.

Tim Watts

Co-Founder, Director

Tim is well-know in the youth careers and employment industry in New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Victoria University of Wellington. He is also an admitted Barrister & Solicitor and a Chartered Accountant. Tim started out his working life as a tax accountant with PwC before launching Nxtstep (previously GradConnection NZ in 2009). He is actively involved in various not-for-profit organisations – namely, a founding board trustee of Tuputoa. Trustee of the Outward Bound Trust of New Zealand and the founder and Chairperson of the New Zealand Association of Graduate Employers (NZAGE).
